Close the two jam covers and go to step 10.
If you cannot find the jammed paper, or if there is any
resistance removing the paper, stop pulling and continue to
step 7.

Pull the optional tray2 open. After you pull it all the way
out, lift up the front part of the tray slightly to release the
tray from the printer.
