  If your Samsung Door lock doesn't automatically lock, first check if the automatic locking mode is enabled. If it is set to manual locking mode, press the [Enter Number] button to lock the door. If in automatic mode, and it still fails, the door lock might be improperly installed, requiring you to contact the installer for reinstallation. Also, check the batteries, as a completely discharged battery will prevent automatic locking.
