While you are entering text, you can use the copy and
paste feature to use text in other applications.
Place the cursor where you want.

Press <

Options>
→
Copy or cut.
Drag your nger on the track pad to highlight the text

you want.
Press the track pad to copy and paste the text onto the

clipboard.
To cut the text, press <Cut>.
In another application, select the text input eld.

Paste to insert the text from the
clipboard into the text eld.
Enter text using the QWERTY keyboard

Press appropriate alphanumeric keys to enter characters,
numbers, and symbols.
You can also use the following keys:
Key Function
Change case.
Enter characters on the upper half of the keys.
Switch to Symbol mode; Open the emoticon
list (press [
] and then [ ]).
Insert a space.
Clear your input.
Start a new line.
