You can view the recorded videos and photos on a large screen by connecting the camcorder to an HDTV or
Standard TV.

Set the video signal output according to the TV colour system of the connected TV (NTSC/PAL).

We recommend that you use the AC power adaptor as power source for the camcorder.
To play back the HD-quality (1080/30p,
720/60p, or 720/30p) videos, you need a HDTV
(high defi nition TV).
Connect your camcorder to a HDTV with the
provided Component/AV (Y/P

cable.
Do not use excessive force when connecting the cables.
When connecting the component/AV, make sure to match the colour of the cable plugs to the TV jacks.
For more information about the connection, refer to your TV’s user manual.
If you have an SD digital TV, the cable connections are the same as above mentioned but the recorded fi les are played back in SD quality.
