This SAMSUNG brandproduct, as suppliedand distributedby Samsung ElectronicsAmerica, Inc. (SAMSUNG)and delivered new, in the original
carton to the original consumer purchaser,is warranted by SAMSUNGagainst manufacturingdefects in materialsand workmanshipfor a limited
warranty periodof:

This limited warranty begins on the original date ofpurchase, and isvalid only on products purchased and usedin the United States. Toreceive
warrantyservice, the purchaser mustcontact SAMSUNGfor problemdetermination and service procedures. Warrantyservice can onlybe
performedby a SAMSUNG authorized servicecenter Theoriginal dated billof satemust be presentedupon request as proof of purchaseto
SAMSUNG or SAMSUNG'sauthorized servicecenter. Transportationof the productto and from the service center isthe responsibilityof the
purchaser
SAMSUNGwill repairor replace this product,at our option andat nocharge as stipulatedherein,with new or reconditionedparts or products if
found to be defective during the limitedwarranty period specified above. All replaced parts and products become the property of SAMSUNG and
must be returnedto SAMSUNG. Replacementparts and products assume the remainingoriginal warranty, or ninety(90) days, whichever is
longer.
SAMSUNG'sobligations with respectto software products distributed by SAMSUNG under the SAMSUNG brand nameare set forth in the
applicable end user license agreement. Non-SAMSUNGhardwareand software products, if provided, are onan 'AS IS"basis. Non-SAMSUNG
manufacturers, suppliers, publishers, and service providers may providetheir own warranties.
This limited warranty covers manufacturingdefects in materialsand workmanshipencounteredin normal, and except to the extentotherwise
expressly provided for in this statement, noncommercialuse of this product,and shall notapply to the following,including, but not limited to:
damage whichoccurs in shipment;delivery and installation;applicationsand uses for which this product was not intended; altered productor
serial numbers;cosmetic damageor exteriorfinish; accidents, abuse,neglect, fire, water, lightningor other acts of nature; useof products,
equipment, systems, utilities, services,parts, supplies, accessories,applications,installations, repairs,externalwiring or connectorsnot supplied
and authorized by SAMSUNG,or whichdamage this product or resultin service problems; incorrectelectrical line voltage, fluctuationsand
surges; customer adjustmentsand failureto follow operating instructions,cleaning, maintenanceand environmentalinstructionsthat are covered
and prescribed in theinstructionbook; product removal or reinstatlation;receptionproblems and distortion relatedto noise, echo, interferenceor
other signal transmissionand delivery problems. SAMSUNGdoes not warrant uninterruptedor error-freeoperationof the product.
