What to do if my Samsung ML-3561N prints a vertical black line and band?

If the vertical black line and band issue is due to a deformed doctor-blade or cleaning-blade, or a scratched surface of the charge roller within the print cartridge, replace the print cartridge and attempt to print again. If the problem stems from a partly depression or deformation on the surface of the transfer roller, replace the transfer roller.
