Precautions for installation

Semi-outdoor units not for outdoor use; avoid oil mist and tempered glass for warranty.

Rotation and tilt angle

Display supports landscape/portrait orientation and a maximum 15° forward tilt from the wall.

Clearance for installation by windows

Maintain 100mm clearance (A) and ambient temp below 30°C (B) for proper air flow near windows.

Clearance for wall mounting

Maintain 100mm clearance (A) and ambient temp below 30°C (B) when mounting to a wall surface.

Required clearance when installing an enclosure

Ensure adequate clearance (A) for air flow with enclosures: 100mm for sun, 50mm without sun.

Installing the wall-mount

Use Samsung WMN6575SE mount for 100mm clearance. Select M8 screw longer than 46mm.

Air flow direction

Cooling fan draws external air via inlet, discharges warm air via outlet. Clear obstacles for air flow.

Enclosure unit design guide

Inlet and outlet types

Air inlet and outlet should use grid or mesh types; avoid louver type due to limited intake size.

Vent opening design guide

Follow guide for enclosure unit. Minimum opening ratio is 50%. Example calculation provided.

Partition design guide

Add partitions for air paths, ensuring perfect fit or filling gaps with foam tape. Install anti-backflow screen.

Single enclosure unit

Design enclosure to match unit inlet/outlet. Allow 50mm clearance. Total open area of ventilation holes 20,000 mm² or more.

Designing a 1 x N single-side enclosure

Ensure clearance (A) for air flow. For multiple displays, use separate fans (150 CFM) and maintain external air temp below 30°C.

Designing a double-side enclosure

Ensure clearance (A) for air flow. Use separate fans (300 CFM) and maintain external air temp below 30°C. Ensure lower inlet is adequate.
