Main(Feed/Fuser)motoroperationisabnormal.
►Troubleshootingmethod
•A1–1112:Mainmotorisnotoperatedforprint-job.
•A1–1113:Mainmotorisoperatingbutmachinerecognizesstatusas"Stopped".
1)Turnthemachineoffthenon.Iftheerrorpersists,checkthefollowing.
2)Removetherightcover.
3)Checktheconnectionbetweenthemain(feed/fuser)motorandmainboard.
4)IftheconnectionisOK,enterSVCmode.Executethemotortest.
a)Ifthemotorisnotoperational,
i)Checkthemotorsignal(3.3V).Ifthesignalisabnormal,replacethemainboard(JC92–02802A(M4530ND)
/JC92–02801A(M4530NX)).
ii)Checkthepower(24V).Ifthepowerisabnormal,checktheSMPSboard.IftheSMPSboard(JC44-00092C
(220V)/JC44-00091C(110V))isdefective,replaceit.
iii)Ifthemotorsignalandpowerisnormal,replacethemain(feed/fuser)motor(JC31–00144B).
b)Ifthemotorisoperational,replacethemainboard.
