►Troubleshootingmethod
1)Removethejammedpaper.Ifthesameerroroccurscontinually,checkthefollowing.
2)Checkifthereareanyobstaclesorcontaminationintheduplexpath.
3)Checkiftheexitactuator(JC66-02850A)ofthefuserunitworksnormally.
4)Checkiftheexitmotorworksnormallyanditsconnectorisconnectedproperly.
5)Iftheexitmotorisdefective,replaceitorexitdriveunit(JC93-00349A).
6)Checkiftheduplexclutchworksnormallyanditsconnectorisconnectedproperly.
7)Iftheduplexclutch(JC47-00033E)isdefective,replaceit.
