Disassembly and Reassembly
3-8 Scanner Ass'y
1. Before you remove the Scanner Ass'y, you should
remove:
- Rear Cover (see page 3-2)
- Side Cover (LH, RH) (see page 3-6)
2. Remove the two screws securing the Scanner Ass'y,
as shown below.
3. Pull up the Scanner Ass'y, as shown below.
4. Remove the ADF Motor connector from the Scanner
PBA, as shown below.
5. Pull the Platen Cover upward and remove it..
