External display
Your phone has an external display on the front of
your phone. It indicates when you have an
incoming call or a message. It also alerts you at a
specified time when you have set an alarm. The
backlight turns on and the corresponding icon
appears on the external display.
You can select the colour of an image to be
displayed in the
Front LCD display menu ( Menu
9.2.2
). See page 149 for further details.
To turn the display on with the phone closed, press
and hold either of the Volume keys on the left side
of the phone.
Service light
The service light is on the phone. It flashes when
services are available on the phone.
To activate or deactivate the service light, use the
Service light menu ( Menu 9.2.5 ). See page 149
for further details.
