Why am I not getting email notifications from my Samsung SND-6084R Security Camera?
If the motion detection or video analytics of your Samsung Security Camera is enabled, but you're not receiving notification emails when an event occurs, verify the following settings: 1. Check the Data & Time settings. 2. Ensure that Motion detection / Video analytics is enabled. 3. Confirm that the E-mail option in the Event action setup menu is checked.
