SMS Message
SMS Inbox
SMS messages are saved in the SMS Inbox. If the
memory is full, new messages are rejected. Older
messages can be deleted to free up space for the
incoming messages. To access the SMS Inbox:
1. Tap Start located in the upper left corner of the
screen.
2. Tap
Inbox.
3. Tap the drop down arrow next to
Inbox and select
Inbox under the SMS directory.
Note: The i700 does not support the alert function when a
repeated message is received. If a duplicate message is
received, “New Message” instead of “Duplicate
Message” is displayed on screen.
SMS Outbox
When you send a message, it is stored in the SMS
Outbox until sent. Messages are sent using the i700
and the SMS Outbox is cleared.
To access the SMS Outbox:
1. Tap Start located in the upper left corner of the
screen.
2. Tap
Inbox.
3. Tap the drop down arrow next to
Inbox and select
Outbox under the SMS directory.
