4-2-1. No Power
Symptom
The LED on the front panel of the monitor does not work when the power is connected and the Power
button is pressed.
Major
checkpoints
Check if the Power switch on the rear panel of the monitor has been turned on.•
Check the output power of power adapter.•
Check the power part of the Main Board and check if a similar symptom appears at another output •
terminal.
Diagnostics
Power indicator LED on?
No
Check an AC power connection.
Yes
Check ‘A14V_PW’ DC14V appear at
CN1601_AD?
No
Change Adapter.
Yes
Check ‘Power input of Main Assy ?
DC B5.3V appear at BD215?
No
Yes
Check ‘Power of main IC(B1.15V)’?
No
Change the Main Assy.
Yes
Please, Contact tech support.
Caution Make sure to disconnect the power before working on the Main board.
