1. Find LED+/LED- TP point in 3in1 board.
2. Check LED voltage spec in 3in1 board.
3. Using Multi-meter, measurement LED+/LED- TP Point.
4. If Voltage is abnormal, replace 3in1 board.
5. If Voltage is normal, replace panel.
