Use an external Router and LAN Cable for testing.
NOTE
No Internet connection is required or used in this example.
1. Connect a known good External LAN Cable and Router to the TV for testing.

2. Select the Wired menu.
• Verify connection : TV to router. (The Router to Internet will not connect in this test.)
3. The TV is OKifconnectiontotheRouterisveried.
→ Inform the customer to check their LAN Cable and Router.
