1. Select the
Smart Hub Connection Test
menu.
– The Test Smart Hub Connection screen appears.
2. Select the number at the top of the screen to see the items below.
• Network / Gateway
→ If there is a problem, test your TV and router connections as this is a network problem. (Network Trouble
shooting)
• DNS Test
9 If it Fails:
→ DNS setting in "Network Settings"
9 If DNS is set manually:
→ Settingsarecorrect(maybesetto8.8.8.8topreventNetixissues)
9 If it still fails:
→ DNS Test with setting to Auto Mode
9 If it fails both Manual & Auto problem is ISP or Router.
