Supports to create 4 commonly used small tools in System-bar. Teachers can add
other tools from 'More' to replace.
Step 1: Click or long press the tools icon into editing state.
Step 2: Click '-' to remove the display in System bar.
Step 3: Click '+' to add the display in System bar.
