What to do if my Samsung Washer is not draining and/or spinning?

If your Samsung washer isn't draining or spinning, consider the following: * Ensure the drain hose is fully straightened to the drain system. * Check the debris filter for clogs. * Close the door, then tap and hold to start. * Make sure the drain hose isn't frozen or clogged. * Verify the drain hose is connected to an unblocked drain system. * Ensure the washing machine has sufficient power; insufficient power can temporarily halt draining or spinning. * Confirm the drain hose is correctly positioned for your connection type. * Clean the debris filter, as it may be clogged.
