—Chargeroller=26.7mm
Replacethetonercartridge.
4)BlackandWhitespot
Description:Darkorblurryblackspotsoccurperiodicallyintheprinting.
CheckandcauseSolution
Ifdarkorblurryblackspotsoccurperiodically,therollersin
thetonercartridgemaybecontaminatedwithforeignmatte
orpaperparticles.(Chargeroller:26.7mminterval/OPC
drum:62.9mminterval)
CleaneachvoltageterminaloftheCharge,Magnetic,toner
cartridgeandTransferroller.(removethetonerparticles
andpaperparticles)
Iffadedareasorvoidsoccurinablackimageatintervalsof
62.9mm,theOPCdrumsurfaceisdamaged.
Replacethetonercartridge.
Ifablackimageispartiallybroken,thetransfervoltageis
abnormalorthetransferroller’slifehasexpired.
•Ifthetransferroller’slifeisexpired,replaceit.
•Cleantheinsideofthesetagainstthepaperparticles
andforeignmatterinordernottocausethetrouble.
