How do I format my Sansa Fuze player?
You can use the device Format command under SettingsÆFormat or using a computer.
Why should I update the firmware?
You should always update the player to the latest firmware to ensure that it functions
correctly and has all the latest features. Please download the Sansa Updater Application
from the Sansa Support Website.
How do I transfer videos and photos to my Sansa Fuze player?
You need to install the Sansa Media Converter software (available for download at
www.sansa.com/support
). This software will convert your video and photo files then
transfer them to the player. Refer to the Sansa Media Converter software for details on file
formats supported.
What music file formats does the Sansa Fuze support?
