Helpful Tips and Guide

Fault Code
Codes Possible Causes Remedy
F1 Alarm is due to water overflow • Power off your machine and
turn off the water supply to
the appliance.
• Contact the service agent.
F2 The waste water in the machine
cannot be discharged
• Water discharge hose is
clogged.
• The filters of your machine
may be clogged.
• Restart your machine and
cancel the program.
• If the error continues, contact
the service agent.
F3 Error of continuous water input • Turn off the water supply to
the appliance.
• Contact the service agent.
F5 Inadequate water supply • Make sure the water input tap
is fully open and that there is
• Water supplied to the house.
• Close the water input tap,
separate the water input hose
from the tap and clean the
filter at the connection end of
the hose.
• Restart your machine, contact
