Why is my Sanitron Water Filtration System showing poor performance?

  Several factors can lead to poor performance or low UV intensity in your Sanitron Water Filtration System. The quartz sleeve or sensor probe lens might be dirty, requiring cleaning. The germicidal lamp could be nearing its end of life and needs replacement, or it may not be functioning at all, also requiring replacement. Low input voltage could be the culprit, so verify the voltage to the purifier. Lastly, a change in water quality might be the reason; in this case, have your water tested to ensure it meets the recommended concentration levels for the purifier.

What to do if water is leaking from my Sanitron Water Filtration System?

  If your Sanitron Water Filtration System is leaking, several issues could be the cause. The quartz sleeve might be cracked or broken, requiring you to shut down the purifier, drain it, and replace the sleeve. The quartz sleeve sealing o-rings could be worn or damaged; in this case, shut down the purifier, drain it, and replace the sealing o-ring. Poor or loose connections or fittings could also be the cause. Try tightening any suspect connections or fittings. If that doesn't work, shut down the purifier, drain it, remove the fitting or connection, clean the threads, reapply thread sealing tape, and reinstall.
