Motor pulley
Position the motor pulley so that the clearance
between the motor and motor pulley is 2 mm, as
shown. Then, tighten the screw securely. Apply
screw lock paint to the screw head after tightening
the screw.
Flywheel thrust
1. Adjust the thrust clearance to 0.1 — 0.3 mm by
turning the thrust adjusting screw.
2. Turn the screw clockwise to decrease the al-
lowance, and counterclockwise to increase it.
3. After the adjustment, apply screw lock paint to
the screw head.
Muting switch timing
When the play lever is slowly depressed, the
muting switch should be switched over, just before
or at the same time as the play lever is locked. (Do
not depress the play lever with an excessive force.)
The upper and lower units of the muting switch
should function simultaneously (although a slight
time lag is permissible). To adjust to the correct
timing, bend the head lever in the direction of the
arrow,
