Summary

Assembly Instructions

Lower Handle Bar Assembly

Attach lower handle bar bolts. Take the weight off the handle bar and fit the lower bolt first.

Locate the Starter Cord

Pull the starter cord up to the spring and hold the cord at the lower side of the spring. Rotate the string clockwise around the spring.

Upper Handle Assembly

Upper Handle Assembly

Fit the right side Handle Knobs and Bolts. Place cable above lower loop handle during assembly.

Fit the Cable Clip

Push the cable Clip into place.

Attach the Grass Catcher

Lift the Rear Flap with one hand and lower the Grass Catcher hook onto the bar.

Machine Assembly Complete

Machine is now assembled.

Before You Begin

Fill Oil Sump

Add 400ml of SAE 30 oil to the engine before the first use. Check oil level before each use.

Fill Fuel Tank

Fill with min 95 octane premium unleaded petrol. Do not use Ethanol petrol (E10).

Starting the Engine

Engine Starting Procedure

Ensure mower is on a flat area, push primer three times, move throttle to 'Run', pull starter cord firmly.

Using Your Mower

Attach and Use Grass Catcher

Attach catcher by lifting Rear Flap. Mow, then ensure engine is off before emptying.

Cutting Height Adjustment

Adjust cutting height centrally to suit mowing conditions. Do not remove too much grass at once.

Cleaning and Storing

Clean mower regularly. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Disconnect spark plug cap.

Ensure fuel tank is empty for transport. Cut lawn in alternating directions for best results.
