When you start the meat mincer make sure the screw rotates in the right direction, i.e. counter-
clockwise. Your electricity supply must be regularly and completely in conformity with one of the
“standard IN-IT or TT systems” with the respective “associated active protections” and in any
case have a coordinated “earthed system” (CEI Directive 89/391).
After checking the phases described above, you may start using the MEAT MINCER.
The MEAT MINCER is ready for use, the operator may press the green button to start and the
(protruding) red button to stop.
The operator must always stand in front of the MEAT MINCER to ensure that he is adequately
