Sauder Carson Forge Series - Step 2: Insert Dowels and Glue

Fill four holes in the TOP/BOTTOM RAILS (B) 1/4 to 1/2 full
with GLUE (8M). Then, insert four WOOD DOWELS (15F)
into the holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE.
