Sauer WP5000 Series - Servicing Solenoid Drain Valve (Stage 2)

2. Carefully lift of
f the coil with an appropriate tool (e.g. screwdriver).
3. Unscrew the solenoid armature tube.
4. Remove the o-ring from the housing upper part and replace with a new
o-ring.
5. Replace the following parts in the solenoid armature tube:
n Solenoid armature upper part
n Solenoid armature spring
n Spring washer
n Solenoid armature lower part
6. Screw in the solenoid armature tube.
7. Unscrew the hexagon head screws
8. Remove the housing upper part.
9. Replace the following parts in the housing:
n Membrane spring
n Membrane socket
n Membrane
n Compensating jet o-ring
n Housing lower part O-ring
10. Place the housing cover in position.
11. Screw in the hexagon head screws.
12. Fit the coil
13. Screw the hexagon nut tight.
