Before assembly and implementation, please read the op-
erating instructions in their entirety.
These operating instructions should make it easier for you
to get acquainted with your sifter and to use it as intend-
ed.
The operating instructions contain important indications
that will help you work professionally and efficiently with
the sifter, at the same time avoiding risks, saving on repair
costs, decreasing downtime and increasing reliability and
lifespan of the appliance.
In addition to the safety regulations provided in the oper-
ating instructions, you must observe the applicable regula-
tions of your country for the use of this implement.
You should keep the operating instructions near the imple-
ment. They are protected from dirt and moisture by a plas-
tic covering. They must be read and followed diligently
by any operator, before starting the work. Only those who
have been instructed on the use and informed of all the
associated risks, should work with the implement. Mini-
mum age requirements should be observed.
General considerations
After unpacking, please check all of the parts for any pos-
sible damages in transit. The forwarding agent must be
immediately notified of any complaints. Late claims will
not be accepted.
Check that the shipment is complete.
Before use, familiarize yourself with the operating instruc-
tions.
Please use only original parts as supplies, such as wear
and tear and replacement parts. You can obtain replace-
ment parts from your specialized dealer.
When ordering, please give our item number, as well as
the type and the year of manufacture of the sifter.

General safety instructions
s Make sure the sifter stands firmly on solid ground.
s Protect long hair with a cap or a net.
s Before doing any repair work, switch off the motor and
pull the power supply plug.
s Installation, repair and maintenance work at the electri-
cal system may only be done by a specialist.
s As soon as the repair and maintenance work has been
finished, all guards and safety devices must be refit-
ted.
s When working with the sifter, all safety devices and
guards must be fitted.
s Check the electrical power line. Do not use any defec-
tive cables.
s Keep children away from the sifter connected to the
electric power.
s Do not reach into the rotating drum.
s Maintenance and cleaning jobs may only be executed
with the power supply plug pulled.
s Before leaving the place of work, switch off the motor
and pull the power supply plug.
s Observe all safety instructions and warnings attached
to the sifter.
s Keep the safety instructions and warnings on the sifter
in a legible state.
