7. To reduce the risk of electrical shock;
• For protection against electric shock, it is recommended to install a residual current circuit breaker.
Consult an electrician to select and install this safety device;
• Do not use the equipment b
arefoot, in wet or very humid places, do not touch metal surfaces such as pipes,
motors, gutters, fences, windows, doors, metal gates, etc, this increases the risk of electric shock;
• Before cleaning or performing maintenance, disconnect the machine from the electrical network;
• Do not make splices in the cord. If required, ask for a power cord replacement at the nearest Schulz Authori-
zed Dealer (The costs of power cable replacement are the sole responsibility of the customer).
• Power outlet must be compatible to the tool plug. To reduce the risk of shock, do not change the plug charac-
teristics and do not use adapters. If required, replace the outlet with a plug suitable model.
• It must not be used in the presence of ignition sources such as, for example, open  re, lit cigarettes, sparks,
incandescent wire and hot surfaces during spraying.
• Do not use your equipment to spray  ammable substances (gasoline, alcohol, etc), because the electric motor
generates sparks which may cause explosion.
• Make sure the power trigger is in the “off” position before connecting the equipment to the power grid.
8. Never direct an air jet in high pressure directly to another person or to the skin.
9. In the outdoors, watch the wind direction. Wind can carry the sprayed product over large distances and
cause damage.
10. To avoid accidents, always fasten the part properly/accessory before starting work. If required, use clamps.
11. Never clean the compressor with solvents or any other  ammable substances, use a neutral detergent.
12. In presence of any equipment abnormally, suspend its operation immediately and contact the nearest
SCHULZ AUTHORIZED DEALER.
13. Make sure that the maintenance and operation of the product are made by a professional properly trained
and capacitated.
14. The symbols mean that the product has double insulation, which provides more safety against electric
shocks.
