1. Ensure a good cleaning of your paint spray and of the parts before storage. After this, store it carefully in a
dry and safe place.
2. Keep the product away from children.
3. Avoid storing the product in temperatures below 5°C.
Often, what at rst seems to be a defect can be solved by yourself without the need of a SCHULZ AUTHORIZED
DEALER. However, if the problem remains after the corrective actions described below, contact the nearest
SCHULZ AUTHORIZED DEALER (see list of the national SAC SCHULZ network accompanying the product).

The delivery pipe is loose Fit it
There is no pressure in the container Retighten the container
The paint or varnish drips from
the gun nozzle
The nozzle is loose Tighten it
Nozzle of the gun damaged Replace it
The spray nozzle and the seal is damaged Replace it
The paint and varnish accumulated in the air valve, , in the noozle
or needle.
Clean them
- Never operate without the air lter; the dust can be sucked and interfere in the
operation of the machine.
