Ø Fasten the fastening bracket(3) to the housing(7) with two
screws(8). Only tighten screws slightly, so that the fastening
bracket (3) can still move.
Ø Secure angular compensation(5) on the mounting plate(4)
using screw (10).
Ø Secure mounting plate(4) to the adapter plate(6) with
screws(9). Only tighten screws slightly, so that the mounting
plate(4) can still move.
Ø Screw the angular compensation counter nut(5) on as far as the
end of the thread.
Ø Insert the shaft(2) into the brake(1). The mounting thread in
the shaft(2) must point in the same direction as the mounting
thread of the brake(1).
Ø Fasten the brake(1) with the shaft(2) on the fastening
bracket(3) using screws(11). Tighten screws only slightly.
Ø Screw angular compensation(5) into the shaft(2) and secure
with counter nut.
Ø Align the fastening bracket(3) and mounting plate (4) so they
are flush and parallel to the guide. Tighten the screws(8).
Ø Connect the brake(1) and energize it.
Ø Unscrew the transport lock, see brake operating manual.
Ø Power down the brake(1), thereby tensioning it (centering).
Ø Tighten the screws(11).
