3. Drehen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 20 bzw. Pos. 31) und die
Schrauben (Pos. 22 bzw. Pos. 33) heraus und nehmen Sie
die Deckel (Pos. 5 bzw. Pos.7) und (Pos. 3 bzw. Pos. 11) ab.
4. Seitendeckel (Pos. 6) durch Lösen der Schrauben (Pos. 21)
entfernen.
5. Bei Variante mit Federsicherung die Feder (Pos. 30) ent-
nehmen und Dorn (Pos. 35) vom Kolben (Pos. 2) lösen.
6. Kolben (Pos. 2) durch Innensechskantschlüssel von der
Führungsstange (Pos. 4) lösen.
7. Bei Variante Doppelvereinzeler (PED) kann der Ver-
riegelungsbolzen (Pos. 10) entnommen werden.
8. Reinigen Sie alle Teile gründlich.
9. Kontrollieren Sie alle Teile auf Defekt oder Verschleiß.
10. Erneuern Sie alle Dichtungen gemäß Dichtsatzliste. Der kom-
plette Dichtsatz ist bei SCHUNK erhältlich.
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
3. Turn out the screws (Item 20 or Item 31) and the screws (Item
22 or Item 33) and take off the covers (Item 5 or Item 7) and
(Item 3 or Item 11).
4. Remove side covers (Item 6) by loosening the screws
(Item 21).
5. For the version with spring locking, remove spring (Item 30)
and disconnect the arbor (Item 35) from the piston (Item 2).
6. Disconnect the piston (Item 2) from the guiding rod (Item 4)
using a hexagon socket key.
7. With the double separator version (PED), the lock bolt
(Item 10) can be taken out.
8. Clean all parts thoroughly.
9. Check all parts for damage and wear.
10. Renew all seals in accordance with the sealing kit list. The
complete sealing kit is available from SCHUNK.
Assembly is carried out in reverse order.
