WARNING
1. It is unsafe to make an approach with dive brakes open in the
speed range of 36 to 43 mph, as the rate of descent is so great that
a proper flare for landing cannot be made.
CAUTION
2. Treat speeds above Va as a cautionary range. Manoeuvring
within this range should be reduced to a minimum as velocity
increases.
