r Particle Filter Set
This set can be used to remove foreign matter from the circulating fluid. If foreign matter such as scales in the piping enter the
circulating fluid, this may cause the pump to malfunction. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to install the particle filter set. This
set cannot be directly connected to the thermo-chiller. Install it in the customer’s piping system. For details, refer to the Operation
Manual.
