You will hear a tone from the Segway PT and the Balance Indicator
lights (located on the Console) will illuminate to indicate the power is
ON and the Segway PT is in Standby Mode.

Do not step onto the Segway PT yet! Your Segway PT is
powered on, but it is not balancing.
