Creating a user
Proceed as follows:
1. Click SMB printing.
2. Click Local users&groups.
3. Click Create new user.
4. Enter the username and the password. System user- and
groupnames (root, LP, sys, users...) cannot be used.
5. Confirm the new password.
6. Click Create.
Deleting a user
Proceed as follows:
1. Click SMB printing.
2. Click Local users&groups.
3. Choose a user.
4. Click Delete user.
Changing the password of a user
Proceed as follows:
1. Click SMB printing.
2. Click Local users&groups.
3. Choose a user.
4. Click change password.
5. Enter the password.
6. Confirm the new password.
7. Click Set.
Assigning a user to groups
Proceed as follows:
1. Click SMB printing.
2. Click Local users&groups.
3. Choose a user.
