7 Warranty
The warranty covers the defective components or faulty assembling of the unit for
1 year since the purchasing date.
Keep purchasing invoice as the only valid document for the purchasing date.
The warranty does not covers the damages caused by an inappropiate use. The
device must be suitable validated before to be used to analise valuable samples.
J.P. SELECTA, s.a. will not accept any return of goods unless previous approval.
6.8 Electrode handling
• Follow the instructions which comes with the electrode if there are.
• Keep the electrode with its end cap fi lled with electrolitic liquid KCl 3M when it
is not used.
• In order to prevent splashes on skin or clothes preventions must be taken. KCl
3M can produce skin irritations and atacks clothes. Avoid eyes contact.
• Avoid than the electrode left more than 1h its end in the air. If it becomes dry it
can lose its features. It is advised to keep it iimmersed in distilled water.
• Rinse with plenty of distilled water after each measurement.
