It is possible to answer an intercom call, in the following ways,
according to the customization:
- lift the handset
or
- lift the handset and dial the “answer to intercom call“ prefix
After the call is answered the loudspeakers and the displays of the
other telephones will be released.
10.12. Automatic answer
Enabling this service your telephone automatically answers to internal
calls; after one ring of advice, the telephone automatically answers
activating the hands-free feature and therefore you can start talking
without lifting the handset.
To enable the service:
- with the handset on hook hold the key and press [5]
- the LEDs associated to the programmable functions
LOUDSPEAKER and MICROPHONE flash
red slowly to remind the user that the service is active.
To disable the service:
- hold the key and press [5] again with the handset on-
hook.
- the leds associated to the LOUDSPEAKER and
MICROPHONE keys turn off signalling that the service is
disabled.
