Local telephone book
It is possible to enter this service also in a quick way, by pressing the
“confirm” (*) key and dialling the own password, if configured.
In the local telephone book is possible to store up to 40 telephone
numbers and the corresponding names (up to a maximum of 12
characters) and it is also possible associate a function key to them
and a dedicated ring (*). The names in local telephone book can be
searched through navigation keys or pressing the alphanumeric
keys; in this way, with the navigation keys, all the stored names
which begin with the letter associated to the key are shown in
alphabetical sequence.
The options available in the menu "Local telephone book" are:
•Add
- display telephone book’s list
•Call
• Read
• Modify
• Delete
The Add option it allows to add an extension in the Local telephone
book (in the first row of the display the number of extensions
memorized is shown - 40 available) (i.e. 19/40).
In the order it is necessary to insert:
- number of telephone
- name
- indication type of network (public or private)
- program key (see relative menu)
- program a dedicated ring (see relative menu) (*)
