No reply. How to leave a voice message (optional)
Dial the “send voice message” code
and, after hearing the continuous tone, record
the message. The reception of an intermittent
tone, warns that the time available for
recording your message has expired. If
desired you can listen to the recording by
dialling digit “2”, cancel by dialling digit “3” or
record a new message by dialling digit “1”.
Wait for the intermittent tone before hanging-
up.
All of these manoeuvres are guided by
appropriate messages on the display.

No reply from internal exetension. How to be informed as soon as that
telephone is used
Upon hearing the ringing tone, dial the
“automatic callback” suffix and then
hang-up.
When the called extension in next used, your
phone will receive the callback ring and upon
answering will cause a call to be automatically
made to previously engaged telephone..
Engaged or no reply from internal extension. How to leave a “recall me”
signal
Press the key when you hear the engaged
or ringing tones; the telephone called will ring
briefly and the associated led to the “message”
key will flash slowly.
