How to page a person from within your company
To make a page call: lift the handset, press the
key programmed as “intercom”, dial the
desired internal or user group number to which
the announcement is to be made.
After the announcement you can hang-up or
wait for a reply that will occur automatically
upon any of the telephones from wich the
message was broadcast, being answered.
How to answer a message left on your telephone
The message led is flashing slowly; lift the
handset and press the key : if the message
is vocal you will hear the recorded message; if
the message is an invitation to recall, the
telephone from where the message was left
will be automatically called. If there are no
further messages present, the message led
will remain off.
How to remember an appointment or set your own wake-up call
Lift the handset and dial the “set-up individual
wake-up call/appointment reminder”
code , followed by the time of the
appointment (2 digits for the hour followed by
two digits for the minutes, in 24 hour clock
format) and then replace the handset.
At the programmed time, the telephone will
ring repeatedly with three short squeals; upon
lifting the handset the confirmation tone will be
heard.
