The

shows

and
a
clock.
Power
Level
Press
this
button
repeatedly
to
set
the
microwave
power
level.
Weight
Defrost
Press
this
button
to
activate
the
defrost
based
on
weight
mode.
Clock
Use
this
button
to
set
the
time.
Preset
Press
this
button
to
set
the
delayed
start
function.
Auto
Cook
Press
to
set
the
cooking
time
for
your
favourite
food.
Stop
/
Cancel
Press
this
button
to
cancel
a
setting
or
cooking
time
before
setting
the
cooking
program.
Press
this
button
once
during
cooking
to
temporarily
stop
the
heating
or
press
twice
to
cancel
the
cooking
program.
Weight
/
Time
Turn
the
controller
for
inserting
the
cooking
time
value
or
the
weight
of
the
food.
Start
/
Quick
Start
Press
the
controller
to
start
a
program.
Press
the
controller
repeatedly
to
set
the
heating
time
and
the
oven
will
automatically
switch
to
full
power.
THE
BASICS
OF
COOKING
IN
A
MICROWAVE
OVEN

Carefully
organise
the
food.
Place
the
largest
food
pieces
on
the
perimeter
of
the
dish.
Do
not
prepare
food
directly
on
the
rotating
glass
plate.
Always
place
the
food
on
an
appropriate
dish
before
putting
it
into
the
oven.
Set
the
correct
cooking
time.
Use
short
time
periods
for
cooking,
if
necessary
extend
them.
When
cooking
foods
at
high
temperatures
smoke
may
be
created
or
a
fire
may
start.
Cover
the
food
before
cooking.
Covering
the
food
will
prevent
juices
from
squirting
and
will
help
to
achieve
even
cooking.
To
speed
up
the
cooking
of
foods,
such
as
chickens
or
hamburgers,
turn
them
over
once
during
cooking.
Large
pieces
of
food
such
as
roasts
must
be
turned
over
at
least
once.
While
cooking
organise
foods
similar
to
hamburgers
from
the
top
down
and
from
the
centre
of
the
dish
to
its
edge.
