What to do if the red light is solid and the SeQual Medical Equipment Eclipse won't power on?

If the red light is solid, the alarm is beeping constantly, and your SeQual Medical Equipment Eclipse isn't delivering oxygen or powering on, it might need a reset due to a temporary power loss. First, remove the power cartridge and disconnect the AC or DC power supply. The red light should turn off. Wait about 20 seconds, then reconnect the power sources and try turning on the Eclipse again. If it still doesn't power on, check the connections of the external power supply (AC or DC) at the Eclipse, the transformer, and the outlet. If possible, try a different outlet. If the issue continues, switch to an alternate oxygen source and contact your healthcare provider.
