Why is my Shark Detect Pro IW3000 Vacuum Cleaner not picking up debris?
    • J
      John KimAug 8, 2025
If your Shark Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up debris, has no suction or light suction, and the third indicator light is solid yellow, try these steps: First, empty the dust cup. Then, check the floor nozzle and the connection between the hand vacuum and wand for any blockages and clear them. Remove any string, carpet fibres, or hair wrapped around the brushroll. Finally, check the filters and clean them, making sure to rinse and completely air-dry them before reinstalling.

How to fix a Shark Detect Pro IW3000 brushroll that doesn't spin?
    • S
      Sheila FreySep 12, 2025
If the brushroll in your Shark Vacuum Cleaner's floor nozzle isn’t spinning: Immediately turn off the vacuum and remove any blockages before turning it back on. Ensure the hand vacuum is tilted back far enough for the brushroll to engage. If the floor nozzle has headlights and they are not lit, detach and reconnect the hand vacuum, wand, and nozzle to resolve any connection issues.
