If your Shark Vacuum Cleaner isn't picking up debris, has no suction or light suction, and the third indicator light is solid yellow, try these steps: First, empty the dust cup. Then, check the floor nozzle and the connection between the hand vacuum and wand for any blockages and clear them. Remove any string, carpet fibres, or hair wrapped around the brushroll. Finally, check the filters and clean them, making sure to rinse and completely air-dry them before reinstalling.
