To block off areas you don't want your Shark Vacuum Cleaner Robot to enter, use the BotBoundary strip included in the box to mark these 'no-go' zones. You can cut the strip to the necessary size and place it in front of the areas you wish to keep the robot away from.

Place dock against a wall on a level surface in an open, central area, at least 3 feet from corners. Plug into a power outlet.
Snap side brushes onto the square pegs on the robot's bottom. Align the hole over the peg and press down until it clicks.
Insert handheld into dock. Place robot on dock with power ON. Charging is complete when indicator lights are steady.
Remove obstacles like cords, toys, and low drapes. Use BotBoundary strips to block furniture and create no-go zones.
