What to do if my Shark S3455K won't make steam?

If your Shark Steam Cleaner won't make steam, first check if there is water in the water tank. If not, add water to your steam mop following instructions on page 4. If the unit still doesn’t make steam, follow the decalcification instructions on page 9.
