Unwrap the power cord, plug into outlet, and wait for the power light.
Pump handle to generate steam and use both sides of the mop head.
Troubleshoot power issues: check outlet, fuse, or breaker, or call for support.
Check water level, prime pump, or ensure pocket is not too wet.
Ensure steam pocket is correctly attached and not excessively wet.
