Sound bar preparation (continued)
■ IR (Infrared) transmitter connection
If the TV’s remote sensor is blocked by the sound bar, use the IR transmitter to relay the signal to the TV.
1 Connect the IR transmitter to IR out terminal to allow the TV’s remote signal to pass through.
2 Place the infrared emitter near TV’s remote sensor (refer the operation manual of the TV for the location of the sen-
sor ).
3 Point the TV’s remote control at the sound bar remote sensor and operate the TV. You may need to move the IR
transmitter until the TV operates correctly.
4 Then secure the IR transmitter onto the sound bar using the double sided tape provided.
Note:
● Do not use the IR transmitter if the TV’s remote control sensor is not blocked by the sound bar.
● The IR transmitter does not work during AC power off.
● The IR transmitter may not work properly while the sound bar in the eco mode.
